Upgrades to the Charlesbank Cooperative Building in Boston

Winslow Architects Inc. is pleased to be working with Maloney Properties and New Ecology Inc. on a variety of architectural and mechanical upgrades to the Charlesbank Cooperative building in Boston, MA for the Charlesbank Cooperative Corporation. With the assistance of Wozny Barbar & Associates who are working on the MEP/FP scope of work, we look forward to making this mid-century modern apartment building far more energy efficient and comfortable than it is today. The residents of this historic Boston high-rise can look forward to many warmer winters and cooler summers to come!
