DESCRIPTION

• Winslow Architects Inc was selected as a DHCD “House Doctor” in 2015. In this capacity, we are retained directly by Local Housing Authorities to assist in the replacement of building envelope items – such as roofing, windows, siding ,etc. Work with Municipal Agencies is governed by State and Federal regulations and a large part of our role on projects such as these is to provide the administrative services required to make certain that the documents and bidding are done in conformance with these regulations. We also provide the technical expertise to evaluate existing conditions, undertake destructive and environmental testing as required, prepare construction documents specifications and cost estimates, prepare and submit bid documents for electronic bidding.
