DESIGN CHALLENGE

Provide complete architectural and construction administration services for renovation and modernization of 12 occupied apartment units in 3 attached buildings.

DESIGN APPROACH

This was a small project which had a little bit of everything. The buildings were in an urban area directly fronting on a major street. The buildings were attached but had very different style and finishes. The challenge was to provide for complete interior renovation of occupied housing units without the benefit of efficiency of scale due to the small size of the project. – with new kitchens, bathroom, flooring finishes and heating systems
